For the past six years I have helped hundreds of people reverse their blood condition in a very short time. The problem is, most programs focus on food alone to reverse your condition, but this is wholly inadequate. We know from research that there are five different lifestyle choices that go into creating diabetes, and therefore it makes sense to focus on all five to reverse it. How I Work:

For reversing diabetes, pre-diabetes and metabolic syndrome, this is how I work.

Cost £100 ($130) per week

  1. We work online via WhatsApp.
  2. We have an initial 15 minute video chat and I’ll explain to you my program and how you will get well.
  3. I will send you a guide on what you should be eating, how you should be exercising (or not) and other tips to get healthy.
  4. I will send you sample two week meal plan and exercise tips.
  5. Everyday you will message me what you are eating so I can see and comment on your food.
  6. Everyday you will message me how much sleep you have had and how much exercise you did.
  7. Once a week you will message me your weight so I can keep track of your progress.
  8. You can message or email me with questions on daily food choices and/or lifestyle change. (Mon-Fri).
  9. This continues as long as you want to work with me.

Having the right information and daily feedback is a great way to stay motivated. For me to see exactly what you are eating, how you are sleeping, and exercising will keep you accountable and for most people that is the biggest thing. Changing lifestyle choices can be hard, but with me in your corner you know every choice you are making will be the right one.
